If you were unsure of whether to utilise the telephone, this session will outline the steps Telefund's clients undertook to ensure they were successful in every way.
About the speaker:
Jude Lyon has extensive experience fundraising, coaching, team leading and managing more than 30 different charities in the UK, Australia and New Zealand. Jude gained invaluable experience working for Ethcall, 4 x winner of the Business Charities Award UK.
In addition, she worked as a Programs Manager/Training and Performance Coach for the New Zealand arm of an Australian based telefundraising agency with a variety of Australian and New Zealand clients. These include ChildFund, WSPA, WWF, Greenpeace, Amnesty International and Oxfam.
Jude manages a team of telefundraisers, and coaches/trains in-house telefundraising teams.
