Donor Relations and Fundraising

This full-time role is about delighting our donors, enriching donor engagement and strengthening church relations. You will be responsible for visiting and phoning

supporters, managing direct mail campaigns and digital campaigns, enhancing our bequest programme, and preparing grant applications. The ideal candidate is warm

and friendly, proactive, and has a strong sense of initiative. They are a relationship oriented individual with experience in fundraising or donor care, possessing strong communication skills and proficiency in CRM software. This position requires a solid commitment to CBA’s mission, a deep love of people and a comprehensive understanding of the church.
