I came away absolutely fizzing with ideas

I've been a regular conference attendee, but this was my first FINZ conference. The organisation was so smooth I didn't notice it, which is a HUGE plus. I came away absolutely fizzing with ideas and now I need to bottle them, and serve them to the rest of my organisation - or maybe just drench them too!!!!!!

[our] young fundraisers... got so much from it

Thank you so much [Michelle] for your personal commitment and passion for fundraising and supporting great people to help donors have the “chance to do something truly extraordinary” (Alan Clayton in the final video plenary).

Thank you to each of the FINZ team who gave so much for this same vision. I can see so much mahi and aroha in the work of each of you, and the impact of your work which will live on in so many different ways in the lives of young and older fundraisers and their profession for so many years and in so many ways.

IHC had a couple of young fundraisers at the conference and they got so much from it, as did I. It was important for us all to be around each other again and spend time talking about work, life and balance and living.

This means that they aren't approved for actual CE points, but that participants may still count them towards certification / recertification submission. All CFREs are allowed to submit non-fundraising hours on their applications (10 hours for an initial certification and 5 hours for a recertification).
