It’s an exciting – and a little nerve-wracking – time at Leukaemia & Blood Cancer New Zealand (LBC) as we transition to a new CRM. We are seeking a CRM specialist with Salesforce experience who can manage this process for us and set LBC up for future success both in fundraising and the support we provide patients and families living with blood cancer and related conditions.

About You:

Reporting to the Business Manager, you will initially be responsible for coordinating the development and implementation of our LBC’s new Salesforce CRM and integration of Marketing Cloud. The transfer of data from our existing CRM (Blackbaud R/E7) will be integral to the transition.

Once in place, your role will expand to proactively manage all system processes and work across all LBC teams to ensure best practices are in place and provide data analysis. You will also support the Marketing and Communications team to build automated customer journeys.

About Us:

Leukaemia & Blood Cancer New Zealand (LBC) is the only national not-for-profit organisation dedicated to supporting patients and families impacted by blood cancer – such as leukaemia, lymphoma and myeloma – and serious blood conditions. With support centres in Auckland, Hamilton, Wellington, Christchurch and Dunedin, LBC provides psycho-social support as well as raising awareness and advocating on patients’ behalf. We also fund targeted research for better treatments and potential cures.

LBC receives no direct government funding and relies on a range of fundraising activities for revenue generation. These include the nationally recognized Shave for a Cure, Trust funding applications, business partners and a developing regular giving programme.
