  • The 4DWW utilises the 100:80:100 rule: staff participating will receive 100% of their compensation and benefits while working 80% of their contracted hours, in return for producing 100% of their current productivity targets

About the Role

The Community Fundraiser role will be responsible for effective delivery and development of Community and Volunteer fundraising. This is inclusive of maximising income in street collections (currently Puppy Appeal) and all community fundraising, with a strength in digital fundraising.

This role will also focus on providing support to the wider Fundraising team which involves supporting key activities and project work such as engagement with donors and retention strategies for existing and new donors.

Our ideal candidate is someone with excellent project management skills, coupled with high attention to detail and strong time management skills. An exciting role developing opportunities to engage with community and volunteers, particularly in the digital space.


To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Relevant tertiary qualification or experience in marketing, business, or project management
  • At least 2 years’ experience in fundraising, volunteer management, project management, or marketing
  • Proven experience in using digital platforms and channels to engage with fundraisers and volunteers including social media platforms
  • Experience in Salesforce or similar CRM, and digital marketing is highly advantageous but not a must
