About the role
We are searching for a smart, people savvy community fundraiser who is not happy with the status quo but is always looking for new opportunities and improvements, someone who wants to grow our donor relationships, ensuring our community supporters have the best customer experience possible.
Skills and experience
You will be responsible for:
- Delivering excellence in donor engagement and relationships with our supporters
- Implementing donor journeys and providing customer service that increases retention, reduces churn and raises average income per supporter
- Delivering continuous improvement of community campaigns
- Coordinating new propositions to deliver new revenue and impact
This is a full time permanent role, which is perfect for a results oriented, enthusiastic community fundraiser, with a warm and engaging personality. You will have a strong track record with at least 2 years' experience in a community engagement / supporter services role. Competitive remuneration package.
