About the Role

As part of the Advancement Programme, Dilworth has an exciting opportunity in a newly created full-time position for an Advancement Database Administrator, predominantly based at the Senior Campus in Epsom. 

Reporting to the Director of Advancement, the Advancement Database Administrator will be responsible for the administrative tasks and duties that support the work of the Advancement Office.

The Advancement Database Administrator will support both internal and external stakeholders with the well-established CRM databases (KAMAR and Raiser’s Edge NXT) and with the administrative functions of Advancement at Dilworth.

As champion of the database, you will be responsible for data management including maintaining and updating Raiser’s Edge NXT, data segmentation, analysis and insights. Implementing gift stewardship processes and maintaining Advancement content on Dilworth’s website will also be key functions of this role.

Skills and Experience

The ideal candidate will have administrative and database experience within a fundraising, academic, business or marketing environment.

Knowledge and experience of Raiser’s Edge NXT, KAMAR or a similar CRM or platform is essential, as are outstanding administrative and organisation skills and a high level of attention to detail. Taking ownership and accountability for your work will come naturally and you will have a focus on continuous improvement. You’ll put team goals first, collaborating and following through on commitments.

High EQ, excellent communication and relationship management skills and confidence to engage in a positive and respectful manner with a range of internal and external stakeholders including alumni, donors, teaching and administrative staff are all essential qualities for this role.

The successful candidate will be committed to the corporate life and special character of Dilworth.

The salary for this role is in the range of $55,000 to $80,000, depending on experience and capability. Options for full or part time hours will be considered with flexibility for some work from home.
