Fundraising #201

Will be held again in 2012

For over 30 years the Fundraising School at Indiana University has worked to perfect ‘Developing Major Gifts’. The course will be facilitated by Associate Director Eva E Aldrich from The Fund Raising School, Indiana University.

Fundraisers, Development Managers, CEO’s and board members will gain knowledge on how to develop a major gifts program by learning to use the 8 step process for major gift development. Information on organisation climate and culture, institutional readiness to seek and manage major gifts and planning for a major gifts program are also topics covered in this course. There will be ample opportunity to apply what you’ve learned. Most significantly you will learn how to work with volunteers and board members, who will provide leadership for seeking major gifts.
